Vertical Machining Centers

CMT carefully invested in just the right mix of vertical machine centers to cover your requirements, without burdening either of us with excess capacity or work radius.

We maintain a mix of smaller VMC's with full 4 axis contouring and pallet changing systems. These workhorses can stand alone, or be combined in a work cell to maximize throughput and efficiency. These vertical milling centers deliver excellent economies of scale when the part requirements are a close match for the machine.

CMT's latest additions to our stable of vertical milling machines are Bridge mills with a table load capacity of 18,000 pounds and travel limits up to 126 inch by 91 inch Y and 40 inch Z axes.

Horizontal milling centers frequently work side-by-side with our VMCs.
